The kitchen is fully stocked, Keurig coffee maker (K-cups provided), with a large walk-in pantry. Large circle table and bar stools at kitchen island for 12 people. GAME ROOMS > Enjoy the downstairs media room (with french doors for privacy) set up for gaming or movies. There's also a PlayStation or bring your own gaming device. Don't forget your movie streaming app log ins to connect to the smart tv! Enjoy the popcorn machine to enhance your movie experience! > Upstairs game room has a foosball table, darts, and bar table for playing board games or cards. Recently added full-sized arcade game too! OUTSIDE > Downstairs deck includes an outdoor dining table for 6, propane grill, lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, and a paddle board and kayak! A few life jackets are provided but bring your own if you have some! Pull out the game of corn hole from the garage and enjoy the lake breezes as you play! > Upstairs balcony is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. A quiet place of respite for those wanting morning peace. COMMUNITY Our cozy little canal has a boat ramp and fishing piers for you to enjoy. Around the corner, there is a playground for the kids to get out their energy. We also have a community pool available for guests to use from 7 am to 8 pm.
