Lux 'Treehouse' Private Lake: Views, Gameroom, FUN

Our unique luxury home is perched on stilts over a small private lake, with views of Lake Conroe just beyond. The home's architecture, with mature trees intersecting the expansive deck, creates a magical treehouse atmosphere. Inside, you'll find 20-foot ceilings, walls of windows, slate showers, double-wide hardwood floors, and Venetian plaster walls. Sleeping Arrangements (13 beds, sleeps 17): Master Suite: King bed, lake views, 45-inch Smart TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a full body-jet shower. Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a unique European style bathroom/shower within the bedroom space and lake views. Studio Apartment: A connected yet separate space with a Queen bed, a full kitchen (no dishwasher), a dining area for two, and a living room with an L-shaped couch. Drop-down 50 inch TV from the ceiling with remote provided and lake-views. Bunkhouse: Slightly disconnected from the main house, walk through the covered porch and enter the rustic modernized space with 9 twin beds (3 triple bunk bunkbeds) and an attached full bathroom with two separate sinks. (Top bunks are for guests 6 AMENITIES AND RECREATION Kitchens & Dining: Two full kitchens (main house and studio) with eating-ware for 20. A propane BBQ grill is available on the deck and firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. Game Room: An air-conditioned space with a ping-pong table, foosball, a 65-inch TV, and board games. Outdoor Fun: Enjoy direct lake access from a private dock on Lake Lorraine. We provide 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, assorted fishing poles, and life jackets. Relax in the hammock or chair swing under the deck with lake-views. For your comfort, the main house has central AC/Heat, while the bunkhouse and game room have dedicated wall units. The property also features a PYNAMITE mosquito control system to keep the bugs down (but please bring your bug spray as they still can be plentiful depending on the time of year). There is lots of extra space between neighbors making it feel mostly secluded and like your own retreat, but still only minutes from shopping and restaurants. Plenty of extra sheets and blankets provided (high-chair + pack'n'play available). Wood burning stove available (only from Nov to February). There is no garage parking (this has been converted into the air-conditioned game room). BUT PLENTY of free parking on site - enough for multiple cars/boat trailers as needed. We've hosted for family getaways, small retreats (up to 20), private weddings (up to 50 people for the event), rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, funerals, and more!
