INSIDE SPACE • Enjoy the open-concept kitchen, dining and living room—perfect for gathering friends and family all together (kitchen table serves 4 and there are 2 barstools at the kitchen counter, and patio seating with table outside for 6. • Beautiful designer-style furnishings • Cozy large indoor fireplace with big screen TV to watch your favorite show • Primary bedroom with King-sized bed and full-bathroom includes walk-in shower (no tub). Large walk-in closet available. • 2nd Bedroom: Twin over full-sized bunk bed with roll-out twin cot. Also private desk space to do your remote work on. • 3rd Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with two nightstands. • Full bathroom (shower/tub combo) in hallway shared by 2nd and 3rd bedroom. • Laundry room/pantry next to garage/kitchen • Garage has been converted to a game-room with its own AC/heating unit. Enjoy ping-pong, air hockey, or play a game on the arcade machine! TECH AND EXTRAS • High-speed wifi throughout home • All TV’s are smart TV’s and can connect to your favorite streaming channel by logging in: 1 in main living room, 1 in game-room, 1 in primary bedroom, and 1 in the bunk room. • We have the COZIEST bedding! You will love it. • Keurig coffee provided. Standard coffee maker also available. • Blackout curtains in ALL bedrooms (so you can get your best sleep!) • All bed mattresses and pillows have special protector encasements and washed before each guest (we follow hotel standards for cleanliness on all linens). CLOSE TO ALL THE FUN! This home is centrally located close to all the Lake Conroe action! Just a few minutes away is the Marina with several restaurants, shops, and dining options. Take a walk down the pier to feed the catfish (a kids favorite) or rent a boat and take a spin on the lake while you are visiting.
